An SQL file is the database file system that Joomla! uses to run the
website. Normally, if you run the script in your PHPMYADMIN, it will
install all of the content, structure, menu systems, and forms into
your joomla installation.

complimentary for your convenience and do not charge for this. The file
is delivered automatically with the template package and the use of it
is solely dependent on the user.
